Within Innovaccer Gravity, massive volumes of data flow across systems, but users lack visibility into what exists, what’s reliable & how datasets connect.
The Data Catalog was designed to transform scattered metadata into a centralised & trustworthy system of record.

Every healthcare organization wants to deliver personalized care at lower costs. This is difficult to do with so much information scattered across different systems.
That’s where Innovaccer comes in, which works with healthcare org. - like CommonSpirit Health, Kaiser Permanente etc., to supercharge their existing software with true intelligence. Innovaccer activate the power of their data to create connected, digital experiences across the continum of care.
About the problem
As data pipelines expanded, clarity diminished.
Users faced:
Hundreds of datasets with inconsistent naming
No clear lineage across transformations
Unclear ownership and stewardship
Limited visibility into data freshness or trust
This led to duplicated work, dependency risks & governance blind spots.
The core challenge wasn’t storing metadata — it was making it actionable.
The Data Catalog turned passive documentation into an operational layer for discovery, lineage, and governance — shifting data from “somewhere in the platform” to “ready for confident use.”
Providing a visual experience for the assets in the database with a relationship canvas
Reducing the human effort by 40%
that were spent on understanding the asset details, error flagging & data process b/w assets
